We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our project finance and infrastructure team in Almaty.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Law degree with an outstanding academic record;
Full professional proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or higher or its equivalent);
Genuine desire to learn new skills; Self-discipline, the ability to work independently.
Functions:
Provide legal services to foreign investors and Kazakh state bodies on financial transactions and infrastructure projects, including PPPs;
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
